This was a fun talk because I was asked to deliver it in a “TED style” with only 20 minutes max to deliver the message. I really do love the time constraints. I have yet to do an Ignite, but I really want to. I had to boil the talk down to the basics: management is failing; social media succeeded by tapping into the more human qualities of open, trustworthy, generative, and courageous, and the organizations that are adopting this stance are seeing tangible results.
